Extended Recall

Congratulations again! We have now upgraded your status in our office from "active treatment" to "extended recall." We have traveled a long road together. You began with a dental problem that needed attention. With a group effort including you, the doctors, and our entire staff, we have worked together to achieve a remarkable improvement.

The retainers you are presently wearing can now be worn during the nighttime hours only. You should continue to wear them at night indefinitely because our bodies change throughout our lives, and so do our teeth. The more diligent you are in wearing your retainers long-term, the more perfect your teeth will remain.

You will no longer have pre-scheduled appointments. If you have any concerns or problems with your retainers, please call the office and we will schedule to see you as soon as possible.

We hope that each time you look in the mirror, you will smile and think of us and the great experience we've all shared together. It was our pleasure working with you to create your amazing new smile.
